February 26– AWANA Agape Love soup and sandwich dinner with the parents of the Clubbers. What a blessed evening! We served dinner to 57 people!!! A message on Agape love was given. And, tea light lanterns were made.
April 2 – AWANA dinner with parents and Easter egg hunt, games and crafts. A wonderful event for all! Good food, fun egg hunt and craft, inspiring message!
May 29-30 – The ladies who attended the LYFE Women’s Conference were blessed with great worship and learning of God’s Word!!!
June 11 – AWANA Honor Thy Parents dinner and end of year Awards Ceremony. We had a great evening. We served dinner to about 60 people including AWANA kids and their families! The parents saw their kids receive their weekly and year end awards.
July 12 – Outdoor Service and dish to pass BBQ A great time of fellowship and food! Great message! A couple games of horseshoes! A game of cornhole! The kids cooled off in the pool!
August 9-13 – We had a great week with the kids teaching them God’ s Word and sharing the Gospel Message. The lessons focused on: Lost to Found, Wrong Path to Right Path, Fearful to Peaceful, Grumbling to Grateful and Shaky to Sure.
August 23 – Outdoor Service and dish to pass BBQ. Another time of great worship, food, horse shoes, corn hole and fellowship!
August 29 – Old Franklin Day. We served lots of pancakes and root beer floats while meeting member of our community and the surrounding area.
September 24– Our AWANA program starts with our Living Water Luau & Registration, 5-7 PM.
AWANA Clubs meet Thursdays, after school – 5:00. If you are interested in having your child(ren) attend please email us at cbchurch@cbchurchfranklin.com.
September 26 – Men’s Target Shooting and Dinner. 1:30 – The men will go target shooting. The ladies will have dinner for them at the church at 5:00. For more information contact us at cbchurch@cbchurchfranklin.com.
November 14 – OCC shoe box packing party. Our goal this year is 100 boxes!!!
December 12 – Franklin Community Christmas Stroll.
December 24 – Christmas Eve Service, 5:30 Fellowship Time, 6:00 Service.
