Our Purpose:
- To stand unequivocally for the fundamentals of the faith as contained in the Holy Scriptures.
- To present the Gospel of the Lord Jesus Christ at home and abroad to those who have not accepted Him as their personal savior and teach the Holy Scriptures for the edification of those who have accepted the Lord Jesus Christ as their personal savior.
- To do all things in the name of and for the honor and glory of our Savior, the Lord Jesus Christ
What we believe:
A. The Bible
- We believe that the Bible, consisting of the sixty-six books of the Old and New Testaments, is the Word of God (1 Thessalonians 2:13).
- We believe that it is verbally inspired in all of its parts and, therefore, it is without error as originally given by God (2 Timothy 3:16; 2 Peter 1:20,21).
- We believe that it is the supreme authority in all matters of faith and conduct (2 Timothy 3:16,17; Psalm 119:9,11).
B. The One True God
- We believe that there is only one God (Deuteronomy 6:4; Matthew 28:19) existing eternally as three Persons – the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit (John 14:26; 15:26).
- We believe that each of these Persons is God (Romans 1:7; 9:5; Acts 5:3,4).
- We believe that each is perfect in holiness, infinite in wisdom, measureless in power and that He concerns Himself mercifully in the affairs of men.
C. God the Father
- We believe in the fatherhood of the First Person of the Trinity; that He is the Father of the Second Person in a unique way by eternal generation (2 Corinthians 1:3); and that He is the Father of all believers by the new birth (Galatians 3:26; John 1:12).
D. God the Son
- We believe in His eternal pre-existence and deity (Micah 5:2; Isaiah 9:6; John 1:1,14).
- We believe in His first advent to earth, assuming a complete, sinless human nature by virgin conception and birth (Luke 1:26-2:7) and becoming the God-man.
- We believe in His sinless human life (1 Peter 2:22; 1 John 3:5), His substitutionary death (I Peter 2:24; Romans 5:8), His bodily resurrection (Luke 24:5,6), His physical ascension into heaven (Acts 1:6-12), His present session at the Father’s right hand (Romans 8:34), His current work of building the church (Matthew 16:18), His return for His church (1 Thessalonians 4:13-17; 2 Thessalonians 2:1), and His second advent to earth to rule over the world for a thousand years (Revelation 19:11-16; 20:1-6).
E. God the Holy Spirit
- We believe in His deity and personality (Acts 5:1-4; 13:2).
- We believe in His work of restraining evil and of convicting the lost (John 16:8-11; 2 Thessalonians 2:6,7).
- We believe in His work of regeneration (Titus 3:5), baptizing into Christ and His body (Acts 1:5; Galatians 3:27; 1 Corinthians 12:13), indwelling (1 Corinthians 6:19,20), and sealing (Ephesians 1:13; 4:30) all who receive Christ for their salvation.
- We believe in His continuing work in each saved person of convicting (I John 3:20,24), sanctifying (2 Corinthians 3:18), teaching (1 John 2:27), guiding (Romans 8:14), imparting gifts (1 Corinthians 12:4-11), filling (Acts 4:31; Ephesians 5:18), and enabling (John 14:16,17; Galatians 5:25).
F. Man
- We believe that the first man and woman were directly created by God into the divine image apart from any organic evolutionary process (Genesis 1:27; 2:7,21,22).
- We believe that Adam and Eve sinned against God and brought upon themselves and their posterity spiritual and physical death (Genesis 2:16,17; 3:1-19; 5:5; Romans 5:12).
- We believe that all of mankind, being Adam’s posterity, are sinners by nature (Romans 5:19) and by practice (Romans 3:9-12) and are justly condemned by God (Romans 5:18; 3:19; John 3:18).
G. The Atonement
- We believe that God, motivated by his love and grace, has fully met the demands of His holiness on behalf of sinners and has done all that is necessary for their salvation by giving His Son to pay man’s debt of sin and by raising Him from the dead (John 3:16; Romans 6:23; 5:8; 1 Peter 2:24; Hebrews 9:26; John 1:29).
- We believe that on the basis of Christ’s death and resurrection God is freely and righteously able to save everyone who repents and trusts Christ and His substitutionary work on the cross (John 3:16; 1:12; Acts 17:30).
H. Salvation
- We believe that salvation, which is deliverance from sin’s penalty, power, and ruin, can neither be earned by human merit nor produced by human works; that it is the gracious gift of God to all who receive the Savior (Ephesians 2:8,9; Romans 6:23).
- We believe that salvation brings the believer into a right relation with God (John 17:3) and bestows upon him the riches of God’s grace (Ephesians 1:3) including forgiveness of sin (Acts 10:43), eternal life (John 5:24), and membership in God’s family and kingdom (John 1:12; 3:3; Colossians 1:13).
- We believe that all who are saved are divinely kept until they experience the redemption of their bodies from the power of sin and death at Christ’s return (Ephesians 4:30; Romans 8:10,11,23; Philippians 3:20,21).
I. The Church
- We believe in the universal church of Christ, which is that company of people who from Pentecost unto the rapture are saved and are baptized with the Holy Spirit into Christ (Matt. 16:18; Eph. 1:22; Acts 1:5; 11:15,16); that this church presently functions as Christ’s body (Ephesians 1:22,23; 1 Corinthians 12:27) and in the future will function as His bride (Ephesians 5:32; Revelation 19:7).
- We believe in the local church, which is that company of saved, baptized people who assemble regularly to worship God (Acts 13:2), to observe the Lord’s Supper (Acts 2:42), to fellowship together in the Word and in prayer (Acts 2:42), to edify one another (1 Thessalonians 5:11), to exercise discipline (Matthew 18:15-20), and to exercise their spiritual gifts (Acts 13:1); who do good works (Acts 11:27-30); who bear witness to the gospel at home and abroad (1 Thessalonians 1:8; Philippians 4:10-18); and who look for Christ’s return (1 Thessalonians 1:10).
J. Ordinances
- We believe that every saved person, who is physically able, should give himself to water immersion in obedience to the Lord’s command (Matthew 28:19,20).
- We believe that every believer should regularly observe the Lord’s Supper in obedience to the Lord’s command as he is able (Luke 22:19,20).
K. Christian Life and Service
- We believe that each saved person is to be and to do all that God has revealed for him in His Word and as summarized in the Church Covenant.
- We believe that the Christian life is essentially Christ’s living in and through His people (John 15:5; Galatians 2:20; Philippians 1:21) and that Christian service is His working through His people to build His church in saving the lost and strengthening the saved (Acts 14: 27; Romans 7:4; 1:11-13).
- We believe that these are progressively experienced in daily life as the believer abides in Christ by daily surrender, faith, communication, and obedience (John 15:1-5; 14:15; Romans 12:1; Galatians 2:20; Colossians 3:16; 1 Thessalonians 5:17).
L. Marriage and Sexuality
We believe that the term marriage has only one legitimate meaning, and that is marriage sanctioned by God, which joins one man and one woman in a single, covenantal union as delineated by Scripture. Marriage ceremonies performed in any facility owned, leased, or rented by this church will be only those ceremonies sanctioned by God, joining one man with one woman as their genders were determined at birth. Whenever there is a conflict between the church’s position and any new legal standard for marriage, the church’s statement of faith, doctrines, and biblical positions will govern. (Gen. 2:24; Eph. 5:22-23; Mark 10:6-9; 1 Cor. 7:1-9)
We believe that God has commanded that no intimate sexual activity be engaged in outside of marriage as defined above. We believe that any other type of sexual activity, identity, or expression that lies outside of this definition of marriage, including those that are becoming more accepted in the culture and the courts, are contradictory to God’s natural design and purpose for sexual activity. ( Gen. 2:24; Gen. 19:5; Lev. 18:1-30; Rom, 1:26-29; 1 Cor. 5:I; 6:9-10; 1 Thess. 4:1-8; Heb. 13:4)
M. Satan
- We believe in the personality and creaturehood of Satan, a fallen angel (Matthew 4:9; Ezekiel 28:13-17), who leads a rebellion against God (Isaiah 14:12-14) and who is the adversary of God’s people (1 Peter 5:8).
- We believe that he was divinely condemned at the cross (John 16:11) and eventually will be cast into the lake of fire (Revelation 20:10).
N. Future Events
- We believe in the conscious existence of the dead (Revelation 6:9,10), the resurrection of the saved (1 Corinthians 15:20-23) and of the unsaved (John 5:28,29), the appraisal of the saved (2 Corinthians 5:10), the judgment of the lost (Revelation 20:11-15), the eternal life of the saved, and the eternal punishment of the lost (Matthew 25:46)
- We believe in Christ’s return for His church before the seven-year tribulation period (2 Thessalonians 2:1-3), His advent after the tribulation to rule over the earth a thousand years (Matthew 24:29-31; Revelation 19:11-16), and the creation of a new heaven and earth (Revelation 21:1-5) wherein God will dwell with His people for ever.

Hello, I was thinking about attending your services and was wondering if your services are of any particular denomination, my previous church was a baptist service, but my wife is Methodist. So we were searching for a service which would make us both feel at home. Any assistance you can offer is welcome.

Anthony, I am sorry it has taken so long to reply to your message! Our website has been neglected for the past several years. I have taken over the monitoring and editing of it and just saw your message yesterday. We are a non-denominational church faithfully teaching the Word of God. Hope you are able to visit us sometime!
